Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
It is essential to upgrade your equipment in order to maximize your gearing potential. It lets you add additional bonus stats in addition to your base level item's value.

Upgrade components

Upgrades can be replaced by new upgrades in a weapon's upgrade slot, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade. Except for glyphs, which can be inserted into gathering tools, other upgrades are not able to be removed or salvaged after they have been placed in an item. Infusions can be inserted into legendary or upgraded equipment. Enhancements are only obtainable using a high-tier salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.
Recycled Items
